In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt for standard products that are unworn, non-personalized and unused.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:

• Custom orders (made according to the customer's measurements, choices or preferences),

• Worn, washed or damaged items,

• Lingerie items in direct contact with the skin, for obvious hygiene reasons.

📦 No exchanges or refunds will be accepted except in the event of a proven defect.
📸 In this case, a complaint must be sent within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the defect observed.

Important clarification:

Following shipment of the goods, it may happen that some lingerie items arrive slightly twisted or tangled:

• So-called "twisted" elastics can appear poorly oriented or rolled up,

• The adjustment strips may become crossed or tangled during transport.

➡️ Don't worry ! Simply return them to their original position (by turning them over or adjusting them) to return them to their correct shape.

Despite all the precautions taken during packaging, PIKAWAI LINGERIES cannot be held responsible for these minor shipping inconveniences, which are considered minor and easy to correct.

If adjustments are necessary (elastics to be reduced or widened, neck circumference to be enlarged, etc.), these are made free of charge. However, if additional material is required (e.g., product too large), the cost of the additional materials will be borne by the customer. Returning the item is also the buyer's responsibility.
